Edmonton's spring and fall seasons generate enormous amounts of yard waste. Whether you've done a major landscaping project, cleared storm-damaged branches, or just need to clear years of accumulated garden debris, North Apex can handle it.
The City of Edmonton charges a lower dump rate for yard waste ($70/tonne) compared to mixed waste — and we pass this savings directly to you. Yard waste must be in loose piles or paper bags (not plastic bags, which are charged at mixed waste rates). We'll advise you on the best way to prepare your yard waste before we arrive.
Note: Elm wood (including chips) must be sorted separately and is charged at the standard mixed waste rate due to Dutch elm disease regulations in Alberta.
